Energy Engineer – $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience + Performance Bonus and Commission – Spokane Valley, WA

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site visits to collect data and validate analysis.
- Perform energy savings calculations and building energy modelling.
- Enhance energy calculation templates for improved efficiency.
- Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in evaluating technical solutions for energy efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support the sales team with technical insights.
- Prepare designs for energy efficiency and facility improvement measures.
- Assist in estimating utility rebates and preparing project scopes.

The Person
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Five years’ experience in Energy Engineering (preferred).
- Proficiency in building energy codes and modelling tools (IESVE knowledge is a must).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn new methods and industry standards.
