Civil / Environmental Engineer (Solid Waste) - Orlando, FL A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking a Civil or Environmental Engineer with solid waste experience to join its growing team in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact environmental and infrastructure projects while contributing to technically complex work across the solid waste and remediation space. You will play a key role in delivering a range of civil and environmental engineering projects, with a focus on solid waste, landfill, and related infrastructure. Interpreting and applying federal, state, and local environmental regulations ~Preparing and reviewing technical reports, calculations, design plans, and permit applications ~Supporting project delivery across landfill, remediation, and site development projects ~Collaborating across teams while managing multiple project priorities 6-10+ years' experience in civil/environmental engineering ~Background in solid waste, landfill design, GCCS, remediation, or site civil ~Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting ~Experience with technical reporting, design, and project delivery ~Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D (preferred) ~Project management exposure (budgets, invoicing, client management) ~Mix of office and field-based work (approx. 10-30% travel) ~Exposure to landfill and remediation sites (PPE required where applicable) ~
