Overview
We are seeking laborers to help with fabrication and assembly of solar panel racks — training provided. This project offers 6+ months of steady work in Neptune, NJ.

You’ll be part of our construction and solar installation support team, helping prepare, cut, and assemble strut channel systems (Kindorf/Unistrut) used in solar and electrical projects. No prior strut experience is required — if you’ve worked with tools, handled materials, or done general labor, you’ll be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Measure, cut, and prep metal strut channel with basic hand and power tools

  • File edges and apply protective coatings for safety and durability

  • Assemble strut components (brackets, nuts, washers, hardware) into finished units

  • Prep and organize assemblies for delivery to job sites

  • Work with field teams to make sure assemblies fit construction needs

  • Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in labor, construction, warehouse, or related work

  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (we’ll train on specifics)

  • Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs

  • Team player with good work ethic and reliability

  • Willing to learn and follow directions carefully

  • Safety-minded and detail-oriented
