Overview
We are seeking laborers to help with fabrication and assembly of solar panel racks — training provided. This project offers 6+ months of steady work in Neptune, NJ.
You’ll be part of our construction and solar installation support team, helping prepare, cut, and assemble strut channel systems (Kindorf/Unistrut) used in solar and electrical projects. No prior strut experience is required — if you’ve worked with tools, handled materials, or done general labor, you’ll be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Measure, cut, and prep metal strut channel with basic hand and power tools
File edges and apply protective coatings for safety and durability
Assemble strut components (brackets, nuts, washers, hardware) into finished units
Prep and organize assemblies for delivery to job sites
Work with field teams to make sure assemblies fit construction needs
Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in labor, construction, warehouse, or related work
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (we’ll train on specifics)
Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Team player with good work ethic and reliability
Willing to learn and follow directions carefully
Safety-minded and detail-oriented
