Join our locally and family-owned company, proudly serving Maine with over 40 years of experience. 

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Energy Efficiency Installer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for installing various home energy efficiency products in residential settings, from dense pack and blown-in cellulose insulation, to rock wool, fiberglass batts, air sealing, window foam, poly sheeting, drywall gasket sealants, baffle vents, and more.

Basic Requirements-
    ⁃    Must be 18 years or older 
    ⁃    A valid driver's license 
    ⁃    Capable of lifting 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. to load, unload, and install various products. Able to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to complete daily tasks and perform ladder climbing when required.

Ideal Candidate- 
    ⁃    Experience working in residential construction.
    ⁃    Knowledgeable in using insulation knives, pneumatic tools, battery operated power tools, "drywall" stilts, etc.
    ⁃    Familiarity driving large trucks.

Work Schedule/Travel-
    ⁃    Full time, approximately 40 hrs a week. 
    ⁃    6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. work days.
    ⁃    Four days a week, weekends with either Monday or Friday off depending on crew availability.
    ⁃    Travel to locations of work locally and out of town. Daily travel.
