IoT installation support

We are seeking an IoT Installation Support for a one-off job. This is a quick one: Help one of our customers install our plugin solar products in his App. This customer has a PowerMeter installed in his breaker box, which needs to be registered in our App, before installing the solar system. He will also need a quick course on how to use an Android tablet. This should be a quick job. The hardware is already installed. The customer only needs help with the product registrations.

Responsibilities:

• Explain to customer how an Android tablet works (shortcuts, etc)
• Split his home WiFi AP into 2.4 and 5 GHz (we need 2.4GHz only)
• Install WiFi extender near Solar System
• Register PowerMeter in app.
• Register 2 solar micro inverters in app.

• Work experience setting up WiFi systems
• Previous experience installing IoT products
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
