What You’ll Do

• Knock doors, engage homeowners, and create new opportunities
• Educate families on solar, battery backup, and utility changes
• Run in-home or virtual consultations (for experienced reps)
• Present customized energy solutions using simple, proven tools
• Deliver a smooth customer experience from first conversation to install
• Stay current on product, utility, and market updates

What We Look For

• Direct sales experience helpful (solar, pest, alarms, roofing, telecom), but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outside and talking with homeowners
• Reliable and hungry for growth
• Basic familiarity with CRM or mobile sales tools is a plus
