We’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups, and we’re looking for a Working Student – Climate Analyst to gain hands-on experience while contributing to real climate impact.

? This role is hybrid, ideally based in Berlin or Munich.

? What you’ll do:

  • Methodology & emission factors: Maintain and expand our internal emission factor database. You’ll ensure that the "Automated Carbon Accounting Engine" stays accurate and scientifically sound.
  • Climate research & regulatory intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve on CSRD, ESRS, and GHG Protocol developments. You’ll translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance for our platform users.
  • Customer enablement: Own our customer-facing Wiki, the primary resource for answering tool-related questions from our clients.
  • Internal knowledge sharing: Build knowledge-sharing processes and hubs, run internal training sessions, webinars, and productive whitepapers.
  • Decarbonization analysis: Support in the ACT module by researching and modeling decarbonization measures, helping customers evaluate the financial and environmental impact of specific actions (e.g., switching to EV fleets or green hydrogen).

⭐ You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.
  • Can commit 10-20 hours/week for at least 6 months.
  • Think analytically and enjoy working with structured data.
  • Can explain complex topics in simple languages.
  • Are communicative, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Are proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Are fluent in English and German (minimum B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Prior exposure to GHG emissions calculations.
  • Familiarity with standards such as GHG Protocol, CSRD, SBTi, ISO 14083.
