About The Position

Corinex is seeking a Commercial Marketing Lead in Germany to support our continued growth in the energy sector. This role will work closely with the German Sales team while reporting into the Canadian marketing headquarters. You will be joining a team of experienced technical marketers who support global positioning, product marketing, and market development.

The successful candidate will help execute Corinex’s broader marketing plan in Germany, with a strong focus on account-based marketing, events, workshops, sales support, and technical writing. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who can translate complex grid modernization concepts into clear, credible messaging for utilities, DSOs, municipal utilities, and energy-sector partners.

A key part of this role will involve translating and adapting English content into German. The successful candidate must have exceptional writing and communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to make technical content easy to understand and commercially relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and adapt complex technical topics from English into clear, accurate, and commercially relevant German content for DSOs, utilities, and energy-sector audiences.
  • Simplify complex grid modernization, BPL, and utility infrastructure concepts for audiences ranging from executives to highly technical grid operators.
  • Help localize and execute Corinex’s broader marketing plan for Germany, in close coordination with the Canadian marketing headquarters.
  • Work closely with the German Sales team to support priority accounts, customer workshops, and account-based marketing activity.
  • Develop customer-facing materials, including sales presentations, solution briefs, event messaging, account-specific content, and follow-up materials.
  • Support German events, trade fairs, customer workshops, and industry forums, including messaging, preparation, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure German-market messaging reflects real customer needs, technical strengths, and deployment realities.
  • Help strengthen Corinex’s position with German utilities, DSOs, municipal utilities, metering operators, and energy-sector partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in both German and English
  • Proven experience translating complex grid, energy, and infrastructure topics into clear, accurate, and commercially relevant messaging for utilities, DSOs, and energy-sector stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for events, workshops, and customer meetings.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing for highly technical products within technology-driven companies.
  • 3+ years of experience working in energy, utilities, industrial technology, or the climate tech sector
  • 2+ years of experience assisting with trade shows, workshops, conferences, or customer-facing events.
  • Strong technical curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand complex infrastructure solutions and communicate their value clearly.
