Job Description:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full-cycle project-level P&L accounting and maintain accurate, timely financial records across all projects.

• Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.

• Lead investor reporting and MIS, ensuring high-quality, decision-ready reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage treasury operations including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and foreign currency hedging strategies.

Taxation, Compliance & Audit

• Drive end-to-end statutory and internal audit processes, coordinating with auditors to ensure timely closure.

• Oversee GST compliance and actively manage GST refund processes as an exporter of services/goods.

• Manage transfer pricing documentation, policies, and compliance across cross-border transactions.

• Ensure all regulatory and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.

Corporate Structure & International Operations

• Manage financial operations for Singapore subsidiaries, including statutory compliance, banking, and intercompany transactions.

• Establish and administer cross-border Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), ensuring appropriate governance and financial controls.

• Support structuring of legal contracts with a sound understanding of long-term contractual obligations and financial implications.

Budgeting, Controls & Systems

• Build robust project-level budgets, oversee variance analysis, and implement tracking frameworks to monitor financial performance against targets.

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems and internal financial controls.

• Design and enforce internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

Educational Background

• Chartered Accountant (CA) — ICAI qualified, or

• MBA in Finance from a Tier-1 institution

Professional Experience

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification finance experience, with progressive responsibility.

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Carbon credit / carbon project development
  • Renewable energy
  • Infrastructure or construction project finance
  • Real estate development
