Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote and market our products or services
- Engage with potential customers, provide information, and answer questions
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers
- Educate customers on how solar can save them money
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

- Teachable / Coachable - we have a proven system
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or door-to-door canvassing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers effectively
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

We have starter positions available for applicants with no experience in sales who would like to learn the sales profession while making great money.

Please note that this position may require working evenings or weekends based on business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $900.00 - $2,800.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
