Basic Requirements
Responsibilities
Acting Controller/Finance Manager and general supervision of the Finance Department when the Controller/Finance Manager is absent.
Support in preparing the annual budget with in-house staff.
Support the Preparation of the monthly forecast with in-house staff.
Support the Analysis and presentation of the weekly forecast against actual data.
Support Daily updates of the forecast against actual data on key expense accounts.
Support Analysis of monthly and quarterly expense variances: budget versus actual data, operating revenue versus actual data, and year-over-year comparisons.
Support Review and validation of ongoing and proposed cost reductions.
Review and validation of capital expenditure (CAPEX) reports and expense updates.
Support Month-end closing, accruals, and balance reconciliations for specific accounts.
Supports the Controller/Finance Manager in developing and maintaining Internal Control across the Finance, IT, and Customs teams, and in developing Internal Control templates with HR and Materials.
Support Responsible for Department Records Retention.
Supports and prepares Tower Watson's annual accruals (compensation/severance and seniority bonus) according to US GAAP and MEX GAAP.
Supports participates in the treasury process (part of the two-approver process for vendor payments, payroll, taxes, and positive check payments).
Support Monthly dashboard/KPI reporting.
Support General payroll supervision.
Support the verification of annual calculations of Christmas bonuses, profit-sharing, and savings funds.
Support Review monthly accruals of employee profit-sharing, Christmas bonuses, and vacation pay.
Support Personnel reports for the Division (Hours Recorded, Direct Labor, and Average Hourly Rate).
Support Monthly Petty Cash Audit (when applicable)

Basic Requirements
- Public Accountant and/or Bachelor is Business Administration or experience in a similar position of 2-3 years.
- Strong knowledge of tax and cost law.
- Handles well MRP/ERP systems (Oracle, SAP )
- Fluent in English (80%)
- Strong use and application of Offic
- Analytical, focused, and reads and understands Financial Statements, well versed in Budgeting and forecasting, as well as cost accounting.
- Good Internal and external customer service

- Support with internal and external audits (Social Security - IMSS, Government Housing Loans - INFONAVIT, KPMG, PwC, government-directed audits, and Internal Control).
- Comply with the company's policies, procedures, and external regulations regarding EH&S, labor, commercial, tax, and legal compliance.
