Role Description

This is an in-person internship based in our Vilnius HQ, with the option to work part-time or full-time alongside your university classes.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support:

  • Marketing strategy execution and campaign coordination
  • Event logistics and communication with founders, partners, and suppliers
  • Social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Substack)
  • Prepping materials: event decks, speaker kits, info packs
  • Internal initiatives, including team events and marketing ops
  • Website and newsletter updates
  • Coordinating swag, visuals, and on-site brand materials


You’ll also get to work across our full-stack platform built for founders - helping bring to life some of the most exciting initiatives in climate tech, including:

  • Energy Tech Summit – Europe’s go-to event for climate founders and funders
  • Growth Meets Capital – our invite-only event connecting top climate founders and growth investors
  • Contrarian Summit – our Annual General Meeting for LPs and partners
  • The Climate Brick – the scaling playbook for climate tech startups, co-built with EQT Ventures
  • Climate50 – our annual ranking of the boldest climate tech investors globally

? You’ll also join us on-site in Bilbao from April 14–17, 2026, supporting the execution of Energy Tech Summit, Growth Meets Capital, and Contrarian Summit — an exclusive opportunity to gain first-hand experience working behind the scenes at the center of Europe’s climate tech ecosystem.


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Quick learner who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Interest in venture capital, startups, and/or climate tech
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Miro) is a bonus
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
  • Passion for climate technology and sustainability is a big plus
