Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Contract Review: Based on the sales commercial policies of the Company, support front sales in the commercial risk identification and mitigation during the bidding stage of new energy storage projects, and take charge of the splitting, review, negotiation and finalization of all sales-related contracts.
- Contract Performance Management:During the project execution stage, collaborate closely with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth project performance, systematically track and manage commercial risks identified.
- Industry Polices Tracking: Keep an in-depth understanding of regulations and policies in the overseas energy storage market, provide timely updates on regulatory changes impact on the business and propose effective mitigation solutions to avoid commercial risk.
- Special Projects Handling: Take charge of special projects related to commercial management for overseas energy storage market, particularly those involving innovative business models.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, or International Business, or related discipline.
- Fluent in English & Spanish, and it will be better if additionally proficiency in other languages like Chinese, Portuguese, or French.
- Minimum 2~3 years experience in the photovoltaic,energy storage,manufacture industry, basic knowledge on company finance, tax, and international trade. It will be better, if with overseas project commercial management experience.
- Proven expertise in business negotiation, especially international contract negotiation, with good logic and risk-sensitive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility. Demonstrates strong teamwork, customer focus, and resilience under pressure.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
