According to the business needs of the project, assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process; Through mastering product theory and practical skills, provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities; Responsible for supervising and guiding the service station's reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting; Responsible for the collection and arrangement of customer files on the product market side; Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/Electrical/energy-related engineering majors.; Familiar with North American new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/Warranty/North American energy storage industry safety operation specifications/North American energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations; Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing/reviewing ability/market research ability; Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with experience in customer service; English speaking is a must, Chinese speaking is a plus; Work Environment & Physical Requirements # Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. # Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders. # Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation. # Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings. # Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require. # Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position, in accordance with applicable law.
