The Senior Manager will lead the IT Culture, Engagement, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing IT culture. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee engagement, support organizational transformation, and ensure successful adoption of technology and process changes across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and experienced leader with a passion for building strong organizational culture and managing change effectively.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Develop and implement IT culture and engagement strategies aligned with organizational values and business objectives, including programs that promote inclusion, belonging, employee experience, retention, and satisfaction.
- Partner with HR and IT leadership to design and execute initiatives that strengthen culture, enhance employee engagement, and align with broader enterprise priorities.
- Measure, analyze, and report on engagement metrics and program outcomes, using data driven insights to continuously improve culture and engagement initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of organizational change management strategies for IT projects and enterprise initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Develop and implement change management frameworks, communication plans, training programs, and readiness assessments to support smooth transitions.
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts, monitor adoption, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team responsible for culture, engagement, and organizational change management initiatives, providing guidance and professional development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership on culture, engagement, and change management matters, fostering strong cross functional relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across IT and business units.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences including investigators, senior management, team members and others
- Technical, analytical, consulting and organizational skills along with strong demonstrated oral and written skills
- Experience and deep knowledge of foundational business processes
- Leadership, management, and/or project management experience
- Strategically lead during periods of ambiguity and change and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customers
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence all levels of management
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Experience applying a data driven approach to measuring employee engagement and organizational change effectiveness
