Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Represent the Manager, as they direct, and lead various compliance operations functions in support of Constellation Renewable&rsquos fleet. This position supports the maintaining of compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements, and NERC and ISO regulations. The Operation Compliance Analyst will lead the Renewable&rsquos fleet as the seasonal readiness coordinator and will serve as a secondary contact for field personnel and other business units in support of compliance activities

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Serve as Renewables Seasonal Readiness Coordinator, which includes coordinating completion and evidence collection of summer and winter seasonal preparedness activities across the various Renewables sites.

  • Support the development and implementation of various business initiatives to compliance with evolving Federal and State regulatory requirements, NERC, RTOs, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage and execute all data requests from ISOs by working closely with engineering.
  • Assist with WGCRP (Wholesale Generation Compliance Requirements Program) on providing current and evolving state and federal laws and developing action plans with operations managers, operations center, legal and various other entities.
  • Provide oversight into quality assurance/quality control of all documentation and compliance records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 5 years of related professional experience OR
  • Associate's degree in a technical field and 7 years of related professional experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related professional experience
  • Experience analyzing technical documents to discern details and critical differences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through strong project management and planning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to listen for and help prioritize business requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and an understanding of the application of database technologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with the overall power industry structure and independent generation project development, construction, & operation
  • Demonstrated experience developing strategies, leading and engaging teams, and managing programs or projects to successful outcomes
