3E is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by receiving, stocking, and preparing materials for delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and have strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) a plus
- Commitment to following safety procedures at all times
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Essential Job Functions:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
- Stock and organize materials in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
- Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
