The Company is seeking a Vice President for Inclusive Excellence to lead its Division of Inclusive Excellence and oversee the advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading through complexity, broadening collaborative work with external partners, and ensuring that the institution's work in this area is guided by principles of cultural pluralism, humility, and wealth.
Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred), at least 10 years of experience in the inclusive excellence space, and a proven track record of leadership success. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of and commitment to advancing inclusive excellence in a small, residential college environment. They should be able to operate at both strategic and community levels, inspire progress, and demonstrate strong fiscal and budget management skills. The Vice President will be expected to lead with a team mentality, be visibly engaged across the campus, and ensure that the institution's work in this area is in line with its core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
