The Company is seeking a Managing Director to provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance for its nano facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical, operational, safety, and financial aspects of the organization, ensuring that its operations are efficient and aligned with the company's priorities. This role involves providing programmatic and technical oversight, managing organizational and staff functions, leading financial planning and reporting, and guiding business development and communications strategies. The Managing Director will also be tasked with fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to advance the company's mission and expand its impact. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company's nano facility should have a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of relevant experience, with a Ph.D. in a related discipline being highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with extensive experience in leading and managing a large technical staff organization, as well as a proven track record in leading complex scientific, engineering, or technical research projects. In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and resource management principles is essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, and the ability to influence and build effective relationships in a diverse environment. A background in cleanroom experience is also a necessary qualification for this position.
