The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations to spearhead the strategic evolution and operational excellence of its global infrastructure. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing the vision, mission, and strategic roadmap for global infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology goals. This leadership role demands a deep technical knowledge and a strong track record in SRE, DevOps, networking, and database management, with a focus on managing, optimizing, and delivering both private and public cloud environments. The VP will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing teams, overseeing global infrastructure operations, and developing robust automation strategies using AI/ML to enhance system reliability and reduce operational toil.
Applicants for the VP of Infrastructure and Cloud Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading infrastructure and operations across private and public cloud platforms. The role requires a leader with a proven ability to scale platforms and teams in a global, cross-cultural environment, and a strong background in AI-powered automation. The ideal candidate will have a history of working with global teams, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a strategic vision for modern infrastructure and platform engineering. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is mandatory, with a preference for those with experience in the gaming or SaaS industry and exposure to regulatory environments. The VP will also be expected to have a strong understanding of secure software development, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies, and to be adept at influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
