This role requires a passionate leader with a proven track record in political strategy, non-profit leadership, and community development, particularly in the areas of fundraising, public relations, marketing, and advocacy within the state. The Executive Director will also be tasked with driving fundraising efforts, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have at least ten years of experience in the relevant fields and a Bachelor's degree in political science, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related area. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to outreach, be a people-first leader, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
