The Company is seeking a VP, Accounting & Finance to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the financial strategy and operations of the organization. This senior leadership position involves overseeing global accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, and serving as a key strategic partner to executive leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting of financial activities, as well as leading a global finance team and driving continuous process improvements. The role also includes supporting major business initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, and requires a proactive leadership style with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Candidates for the VP, Accounting & Finance role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years' in executive leadership. A proven track record in managing senior finance leaders across global accounting, FP&A, and related functions is essential. Success in M&A activities, financial transformation projects, and a proactive leadership style are also key requirements. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, along with CPA certification, public accounting experience, and ERP system implementation expertise. Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and analytics tools, as well as with NetSuite and/or Domo platforms, is a plus.
