About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the strategic development of the company's financial plans, forecasts, and performance analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the long-term growth of the organization, driving financial clarity through real-time insights and advanced analytics, and optimizing capital and resources to ensure efficient scaling. This role demands a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-impact outcomes, including the development of annual and five-year business plans, and the design and implementation of modern FP&A systems. The Vice President will also be instrumental in enhancing operational excellence, influencing strategic direction, and will be expected to provide metrics-driven leadership to the FP&A team. Applicants for the Vice President, FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior FP&A or finance leadership roles, particularly in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments, is required. The role calls for a candidate with a strong command of enterprise-level financial statements, advanced analytical and data management skills, and a proven track record in leading FP&A systems within new ERP implementations. Experience in eCommerce, fintech, or technology-driven businesses is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills, and a high level of integrity, with a commitment to the company's values.
