About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead the next phase of strategic growth. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should have at least 15 years' of senior leadership experience in media, publishing, or consumer-facing entertainment brands, with a strong emphasis on P&L ownership. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, who can lead revenue-generating teams and foster a culture of accountability and creativity. Experience in managing and scaling global businesses, as well as a passion for music, culture, and storytelling, is essential. The CCO will also be tasked with championing audience and data strategy, leveraging insights to guide commercial decisions, and optimizing campaign performance.
