Vice President of Marketing Renowned mental health provider Hospital & Health Care The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue and new membership. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing annual marketing plans and budgets, leading direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives across various channels, and overseeing outreach marketing to prospective members. This role also involves leading KPI reporting, brand management, and external communication efforts, as well as managing a marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of marketing experience, with at least 5 years' in a team management and budget oversight role. A background in business-to-consumer marketing, particularly in the healthcare sector, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
