The Company is seeking a Vice President for HOA Banking with a strong focus on business development within the community association industry. This role requires a significant amount of travel, up to 75%, and the ability to work efficiently from a home office and car. The VP will also be tasked with promoting and educating clients on the company's banking services, as well as supporting the director in meeting deposit and lending goals.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' related experience, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. The role demands an individual with intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and treasury management. The VP will be expected to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively market and solicit loans to community associations. Responsibilities also include managing marketing expenses, running sales ads, and ensuring clients receive the necessary service levels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
