About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Director of Quality to spearhead quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and driving initiatives to reduce pressure injuries, CLABSI, and CAUTI rates, as well as improving throughput and ensuring the organization is prepared for surveys. A strong background in quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and process improvement is essential, with experience in working with medical staff being a preferred qualification. The role demands a leader who is transparent, honest, and can quickly adapt to team feedback and needs, with excellent communication skills being critical. Applicants for the Interim Director of Quality position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree being preferred. While an RN license is also preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Previous healthcare experience is a must. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional, capable of making a significant impact on the organization's quality and safety standards.
