About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Project Finance to spearhead and support capital-raising activities for large-scale renewable energy and storage projects. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of managing complex transactions across various financial sources, including debt, equity, and tax equity. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire financing process, from initial evaluation to closing, and requires a high level of collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The VP will also be responsible for financial modeling, due diligence, and stakeholder reporting, with a significant focus on advancing the clean energy transition. Applicants must have extensive experience in financing renewable energy projects, with a strong emphasis on tax equity transactions. The role demands a genuine commitment to clean energy, infrastructure development, or capital markets, and the ability to thrive in a deal-driven, collaborative environment. Key qualifications include a history of success in managing complex financial models, a results-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with debt arrangements, tax equity structures, and partnership tax considerations is highly advantageous, as is knowledge of valuation tools and metrics for investment analysis. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
