This role requires a proven track record in developing new opportunities and transitioning digital products and tools into existing government contracts. The VP will also be at the forefront of technology innovation, managing a team of senior domain experts, and providing expertise to customers across the federal government and international relations. To excel in this position, candidates must have over 15 years of specialized technical experience, with a focus on modern defense-based R&D initiatives, and be adept at managing complex technology transitions. A domain knowledge in digital engineering, artificial intelligence, and/or autonomous systems is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel are also required.
