Electric Vehicle Charging Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) Lead to support the development, implementation, and operation of EV charging infrastructure across a portfolio of commercial and retail locations. This role will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, safety, reliability, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will lead technical assessments, support design and installation activities, and oversee commissioning and operational performance of EV charging systems.

Location: Hong Kong & Macau

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV charging systems.
• Support the optimization and performance monitoring of charging infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and technology providers to deliver projects successfully.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support the integration of renewable energy solutions, including solar PV systems where applicable.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and operational performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, electrical systems, or related projects.
• Experience in EV charging station deployment, commissioning, or operations.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
