About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the FP&A function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and providing in-depth financial analysis. This role is pivotal in influencing the company's growth trajectory and value creation, and the VP of FP&A will be expected to interact closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Private Equity investors, and external lenders. Key responsibilities include creating financial models for long-range planning, owning the delivery of management reporting, and establishing key financial and operating metrics. The role also involves leading a team of over 15 FP&A professionals, streamlining processes, and managing the company's data dictionary in partnership with the IT team. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree or professional certification preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' FP&A experience, particularly within tech infrastructure or similar industries, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading FP&A functions in organizations of comparable size and complexity, with deep subject matter expertise in the field. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage C-level and investor relationships. The role demands an independent, self-motivated individual with excellent judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
