Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Accomplished private equity firm Venture Capital & Private Equity Private Equity Firm The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its home renovation business, with a focus on replacement windows, doors, and gutter services for residential homeowners. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and leading the platform thesis and vision, building and overseeing the executive team, and leading all M&A efforts, including 5-6 planned acquisitions. This role requires a leader who can establish strategic direction, drive commercial, operational, and financial performance, and manage a distributed platform with the potential for future centralized functions. The CEO will also be tasked with gaining the trust and respect of acquired founders and operators, and delivering early proof points of value creation across the platform. Candidates for the CEO position should have prior experience as a CEO in PE-backed environments, a proven track record of successful exits, and M&A leadership experience. A background in residential or commercial services, particularly in the home renovation sector, and familiarity with B2C sales models and customer-facing operations are essential. The role demands a leader with a servant leadership style, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving strategic growth.
