The successful candidate will be a key player in driving early revenue growth, with a focus on building trusted relationships with large and jumbo employer partners. This role is pivotal in leading a sales team, shaping the go-to-market approach, and influencing the business's trajectory. The VP will be responsible for creating and setting sales strategies, managing a team of regional Account Executives, and ensuring the right team is in place to meet the company's goals. Candidates for the VP - Employer Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a preference for those with a background in HR tech, SaaS, or talent/employer partnerships. A proven track record in sales management, particularly in the healthcare employer space, is required. Leadership qualities include a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, high EQ, and excellent communication skills. The role also requires the ability to travel as needed and a commitment to the company's values of passion, talent, and trust.
