About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Nuclear Officer (CNO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational execution of nuclear program initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key partner in driving the company's mission to deliver safe and reliable electricity at the lowest cost, while also fostering rapid development in the nuclear industry. This demanding position requires a professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in nuclear energy, advanced energy systems, engineering operations, or related regulated industries, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a preference for an advanced degree. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for strategic initiative execution, operational coordination, executive support, leadership enablement, and program and partner engagement. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a proven track record of supporting or partnering with C-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. The role demands exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of or experience within regulated industries, particularly those involving the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), or national labs.
