The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Business Services group. The successful candidate will be responsible for quarterbacking the execution of M&A deals, attending client meetings, and supervising a team of Analyst and Associate level banking professionals. This role is pivotal in playing key leadership positions throughout the transaction process, with a primary focus on M&A execution. The Vice President will also be expected to work on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and build M&A product expertise.
Applicants should have approximately 6 years' of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory, with a preference for those with a background in the Industrials or Business Services sector. Experience in sponsor-backed company M&A advisory is also preferred. The role requires an individual with an MBA from a top-tier business school or an Analyst to Associate promotion, and a Bachelor's degree in finance, math, or economics from a target school. The ideal candidate will have significant buy and sell-side M&A experience, advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
