About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner in defining and executing the finance department strategy, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver value-added business analysis, define and measure meaningful financial and operational metrics, and lead a best-in-class FP&A function. The VP, FP&A will also be involved in long-range planning, budgeting, and will have direct oversight of the team responsible for financial reporting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial strategy and a proven track record of collaboration with various departments. Experience with capital markets, private equity, and a deep understanding of financial statement preparation are essential. The role demands a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a CFA, CPA, or Master's degree. The VP, FP&A should be a culture champion, a data-driven leader, and an executor committed to excellence.
