About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their team. The CCO will be responsible for providing executive-level commercial leadership, oversight, strategy, and planning across the commercial organization. This role is pivotal in building, leading, and scaling the commercial team from the ground up, and the successful candidate will serve as a trusted and strategic commercial advisor to the CEO, other C-suite executives, and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a strong preference for those who have worked in both larger pharma and smaller/growing biotech environments. Experience in immunology and inflammatory diseases is a mandatory requirement. The CCO will be expected to collaborate and partner effectively across all stages of R&D, clinical development, and medical affairs, and must be prepared for hands-on executive leadership and execution across all commercial capabilities. The role demands a dynamic commercial executive with a collaborative, strategic, and proactive approach, who is ready to take on the challenge of establishing commercial and cross-functional strategy during a critical growth phase.
