The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Operations in the digital media and advertising space. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the future direction and development of the company's media network, which is known for its curated and innovative approach. This senior leadership position demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead in a fast-growing, dynamic business unit. Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to inform the media strategy, leading an operations team, shaping the ad tech ecosystem and product roadmap, and overseeing advertising operations across various digital and on-property channels. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A minimum of 12 years' experience in digital media, advertising operations, or marketing technology is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and operational foundation in digital media advertising technologies, a proven ability to scale operations in a complex environment, and a history of delivering performance-driven business outcomes. Deep knowledge of the ad tech and martech ecosystem, as well as experience in the travel, hospitality, retail, or e-commerce sectors, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, who is adept at data-based decision-making and can effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
