The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Impact Officer to serve as a transformative leader in the design, implementation, and enhancement of its programmatic offerings. This role is pivotal in driving initiatives that span capital provision, community engagement, and capacity building, all in line with the organization's strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and inclusive community, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that programs not only address current challenges but also anticipate future opportunities. Key responsibilities include community and field building, strategic program leadership, innovation and impact measurement, operational excellence, and team management.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in social impact, program management, or related roles within social innovation ecosystems, with a proven track record in leading social enterprises or multi-faceted programs. The role requires a leader with a strong strategic vision, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and a deep commitment to advancing equity and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have direct lived experience in leading a social enterprise, be multilingual, and demonstrate cross-cultural competence. Skills in change management, exceptional communication, and the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders are essential. The Vice President, Global Impact Officer will also be responsible for supervising a team and must have a people-first approach to team leadership, with a focus on professional development and well-being.
