We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy during a pivotal phase of corporate development. This position offers significant influence in shaping our global financial architecture and long-term strategic direction. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, including capital raising, investor relations, and risk management. Lead all aspects of financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance across multiple international jurisdictions. Oversee preparation for potential future transactions such as IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, ensuring robust readiness in financial systems, controls, and reporting. Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial performance, growth initiatives, and market opportunities. Build and lead a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and operational excellence. Engage with institutional investors, investment banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies to uphold strong governance and stakeholder confidence. 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior roles in multinational technology or energy-related companies. ~ and/or complex M&A transactions within a global context. ~ GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance, and international financial standards. ~ Experience navigating financial operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas; familiarity with Chinese corporate structures is advantageous. ~ Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business;
