Senior Human Resources Manager

What will you own
- Set up and manage all HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave systems, and ensuring accurate monthly closures.
- Design and roll out HR policies, handbooks, and process guidelines.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and internal communication.
- Lead performance management cycles, probation reviews, and periodic evaluations.
- Partner with sales, operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth HR processes for on-ground and HQ teams.
- Set up strong HR reporting: dashboards, MIS, and weekly/monthly HR metrics.
What we’re looking for
- 5–12 years of experience in HR operations in fast-paced consumer, logistics, retail, or tech environments.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes in a 0–1 stage environment.
- Someone who loves structure, clean processes, and tight execution.
