We are seeking a hands-on, operationally focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and help lead the next phase of our company’s growth and financial evolution. About the Opportunity

The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, with direct responsibility for strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure, improving visibility into performance, and driving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution—from board-level financial planning to rolling up their sleeves to improve processes, systems, and team capabilities.

Key Priorities

  • In the first 12–24 months, the CFO will be expected to:
  • Improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy to support faster decision-making
  • Optimize the cash conversion cycle and working capital management
  • Identify and execute cost reduction and margin improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial processes
  • Enhance ERP and financial systems to support scalability
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute financial strategy
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
  • Establish and enforce internal controls, policies, and risk management practices
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial and operational processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment
  • Demonstrated success leading financial transformation or operational turnaround initiatives
  • Strong command of cost accounting, inventory, and working capital management
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
