Recycling Yard Foreman

Con-Aggregates Recycling, a leader in construction recycling and aggregate materials, is seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Recycling Yard Foreman will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on construction knowledge.

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities

·         Lead and manage crews to complete work on schedule

·         Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed

·         Operate and oversee heavy equipment as needed

·         Communicate effectively with management and team members

·         Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience as a Recycling Yard Foreman or Supervisor

·         Heavy equipment experience required

·         Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

·         Knowledge of recycling, aggregates, or construction industry preferred

·         Strong leadership and communication skills

·         Commitment to workplace safety
