What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in solar and commercial projects
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Mentor apprentices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Valid state-issued electrician license- master or journeyman certification
- 4+ years of experience in commercial or solar electrical work
- Strong knowledge of conduit bending, panel installation, and service upgrades
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and hand tools
