Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior – Renewable Energy professional. The role involves leading and supporting renewable energy engagements, including financial and technical analysis of energy projects, power generation assets, and energy management strategies. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility, risks, and returns, and contribute to client proposals, models, and documentation. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and engaging with clients and internal stakeholders on renewable energy initiatives.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA
- Experience in the energy industry, with exposure to renewable energy markets and sector trends.
- Knowledge of energy management practices, including efficiency, sustainability, and project optimization.
- Understanding of power generation technologies, project structures, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with broader energy concepts, including grid integration, tariffs, and policy impacts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; experience with financial modeling is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional services environment.
