An immediate opening is available for a personable, organized, and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a smooth and efficient front-office flow while supporting our sales team and administrative efforts. As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide a warm and professional welcome to all team members and visitors, manage incoming calls, intake solar leads, create warranty cases for our clients, service leads for prospective clients, and assist with sales and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing solar installation company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized reception area.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, routing to the appropriate person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Intake phone and email leads for further qualification from our Digital Sales/Marketing Manager.
  • Administrative oversight of Vehicle Management, Asset Tag Management, Office Supply Ordering, and Mail Management.
  • Water plants, conduct monthly fridge clean-outs, and set out the janitorial binder on Tuesdays.
  • Schedule one-time free panel cleanings.
  • Support the sales team as needed and take on additional administrative tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Punctual and consistent attendance.
  • A business development mindset - Hunter Mentality.
  • An enthusiastic and driven individual who can think a few steps ahead.
  • Comfortable on the phone with scripts, questions, and objections.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and CRM.
  • Experience with supporting a sales team is a plus.
  • Knowledge of solar energy or a passion for sustainability is a plus.
