We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental R&D Specialist to join our innovative team focused on advancing technologies aimed at improving air quality and reducing environmental impact. As an integral member of our R&D team, you will play a key role in researching and developing advanced solutions to address global environmental challenges. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and contribute to groundbreaking solutions for environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:- Research & Innovation: Conduct comprehensive research on emerging technologies, materials, and processes aimed at improving environmental health and reducing pollutants.
- Prototype Development: Contribute to the design and development of new environmental technologies, working alongside engineers and other specialists to create efficient and practical solutions.
- Testing & Optimization: Plan and execute experiments and tests to evaluate the efficiency of environmental solutions. Analyze results and refine designs to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, product designers, and data scientists, to ensure that R&D efforts align with project goals and milestones.
- Sustainability Focus: Ensure that all designs and solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with current environmental standards and regulations.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to assess the environmental impact of proposed technologies. Provide detailed reports and suggestions based on the findings.
- Compliance: Ensure all research and product development activities comply with environmental laws and industry standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough records of experiments, prototypes, and developments. Communicate progress regularly to management and team members.
- Education: Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an environmental R&D or related field, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in developing sustainable environmental technologies or systems.
- Strong knowledge of air quality management, emissions control, and environmental regulations.
- Skills:
- Expertise in research methodologies, including data collection, testing, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of environmental impact assessments, lifecycle analysis, and sustainability.
- Proficient with software tools for modeling, simulation, and data analysis.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting research findings and presenting recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with prototype development, testing, and optimization.
- Familiarity with catalytic technologies or air purification systems.
- Experience in working with regulatory agencies or compliance standards related to environmental health.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively in addressing environmental challenges.
