CDM / GHG Program Coordinator

Role Description
- Maintain and regularly update the database of clients and customers.
- Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the Technical Manager regarding proposal preparation and clarifications.
- Coordinate with clients for contract-related communications on behalf of the Managing Director, including follow-ups for execution.
- Communicate on behalf of the Technical Manager regarding Conflict of Interest (COI) matters and other issues received from UNFCCC / CDM Executive Board / any other GHG scheme owners.
- Track and manage project-related communications and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain and update the CDM / GHG team list, ensuring accurate and current records.
- Communicate with clients regarding team changes, including onboarding of new personnel or replacement of team members.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all communications and project updates.
- Support internal reporting and data management related to ongoing projects.
- Help streamline coordination processes for improved efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Advanced diploma in Natural or Social Science/ Environmental Science/ Engineering/ Economics or related discipline.
- At least 6 months of experience in office administration or minimum 1 year of relevant experience in coordination, client handling, or project support roles in carbon markets, sustainability programs, or contract management.
- Strong understanding of carbon mechanisms (CDM, VCS, Gold Standard preferred).
- Experience in reviewing contracts or legal documents is an advantage.
