About the Role
Climatiq is looking for a Working Student to support us in our Revenue & Sales Operations. You will work closely with our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, ensuring they have the reliable data and operational support needed to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
In this role, you will focus on the operational maintenance of our systems, ensuring high data quality, assisting with daily processes, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys collaborating across teams, is passionate about finding and implementing tools to drive efficiency, is eager to learn about B2B SaaS machinery, and wants to contribute to a fast-growing environment.
What you'll do:
- Maintain our HubSpot CRM: Take responsibility for data hygiene, data entry, and record updates to ensure our database remains accurate and reliable.
- Support GTM processes: Assist with the execution of daily sales operations, including checking lead routing accuracy and maintaining documentation for sales playbooks.
- Assist with Reporting: Help update dashboards, track key performance metrics, and ensure reports are ready for team review meetings.
- Data Enrichment & Research: Support pipeline generation by researching accounts, updating contact details using AI/data tools, and verifying lead information.
- Tech Stack Support: assist with the management of our GTM tools, including setting up user accounts and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Team Enablement: Support the onboarding of new team members by preparing materials and assisting with ad-hoc administrative projects to keep the team efficient.
Requirements:
Must-Have
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a German university
- Available for 15–20 hours per week.
- Detail-oriented: You care about data accuracy and spot errors that others miss.
- Tech-savvy: You are studying Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field or you’ve picked up an interest for software and business systems in a previous internship.
- Organizational skills: You can manage your own time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to collaborate remotely.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous internship experience in a startup, sales, or operations role.
- Basic familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- An interest in sustainability or climate tech.
