About the Role
Climatiq is looking for a Revenue & Sales Operations professional to work closely with our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, helping them deliver the best outcomes for our customers. In this role, you’ll build and optimise the systems and processes that support our Go-to-Market teams, provide actionable insights, enhance pipeline visibility, and help the team understand key metrics and gaps.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys collaborating across teams, is passionate about finding and implementing tools to drive efficiency, and wants to contribute to a fast-growing environment.
What you'll do:
- Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM: design and maintain pipelines, workflows, automations, data quality, and user onboarding.
- Build and refine scalable GTM processes, including lead routing, qualification, handoffs, and sales playbooks.
- Drive sales insights and reporting by creating dashboards, monitoring funnel and pipeline metrics, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with the sales team to help them understand pipeline metrics and identify gaps, including running pipeline review meetings.
- Manage the GTM tech stack, evaluating new tools and integrating HubSpot with marketing, CS and product systems.
- Enable the team by supporting onboarding, GTM cadences, and acting as project manager for cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a Start-up or Scale-up environment
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM administration (pipelines, workflows, integrations, custom objects/properties)
- Solid understanding of Go-to-Market, sales processes and cycles, B2B SaaS funnels, and key metrics
- Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and forecasting
- Process-oriented with the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with RevOps tooling (eg. Fathom, Clay, AmpleMarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, data enrichment platforms, billing tools)
- Experience supporting both inbound and outbound motion
- Exposure to Product-Led or Usage-Based Sales models
